茶分几类?为什么这样分类?

中国现代生产的茶叶依据制造方法和茶多酚氧化程度的不同分为六大类,即绿茶、白茶、黄茶、青茶(乌龙茶)、黑茶、红茶。茶多酚的氧化程度以绿茶最轻,依次加深,红茶最重。茶叶汤色由黄绿色向绿黄色、黄色、橙黄色、红色、红褐色渐变。茶叶外观色泽也由绿色向黄绿色、黄色、青褐色、黑色渐变。六大茶类中各自包含着数种至数百种茶叶、外形、内质都有所差别。

这六种基本茶类经再加工、深加工,又可制成各种花茶、果味茶、罐装茶饮料、速溶茶、袋泡茶、紧压茶、保健茶等各种再加工茶类。

Chinese tea can be divided into six categories according to different manufacturing methods and the degree of oxidation of tea polyphenols , Green Tea, white tea, yellow tea, Qing tea (Oolong Tea), Dark tea and Black Tea. The degree of oxidation of tea polyphenols in green tea is the lightest, which increases gradually, and the black tea is the heaviest. Tea soup color are from yellow green to green yellow, yellow, orange, red, reddish brown . Color of tea leaves are also from green to yellow green, yellow, blue brown and black . The six kinds of tea each contain several hundreds kinds of of tea, different in shape, and content .After reprocessing or further processing the six basic categories of tea can be made into scented tea, fruit tea, canned tea, instant tea, tea bag , pressed tea, health protection tea and other processed tea.
