Q:What are the famous representatives of black tea?
A:BLACK TEA is made from the leaves of the tea shrub (Camellia sinensis) after the processes of withering, rolling, fermenting, and drying. It is FULLY oxidized and stronger in flavor than green tea and white tea. Actually, the infusion of black tea is red; however, its oxidized leaves are usually black, hence its name.
Black tea is planted in different provinces of China and has many varieties but there are three main types: Sou chong black tea, Congou, and Broken black tea.
Representatives of black tea are Zheng Shan Souchong ,Qimen Black Tea(Keemun Black Tea),Yunnan Black Tea ect .

1 英语中的BLACK TEA 汉语叫做红茶，由其颜色红亮的茶汤，而非乌黑的干茶得名。
In China black tea is called, more appropriately, hong cha – red tea – after it’s the bright red colored tea soup.
It contains the highest amount of caffeine among Chinese tea categories.
The four world famous Black Tea : Keemun Black Tea, Darjeeling Black Tea, Assam Black Tea and Ceylon Black Tea, all named after the place of origin .
4 冲泡绿茶时水温过高会导致苦涩，而适宜冲泡红茶的水温则高至90-95 °C。
Unlike green tea, which turn bitter when brewed at higher temperatures, black tea should be steeped in water brought up to 90–95 °C.
